Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping via Australia Post. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, we’re unable to ship there at this time.

How much is international shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Will I be charged customs or duties for international orders?

Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are determined by your local customs authority. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

Can I give Authority to Leave?

Yes, you can provide Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout. If selected, your parcel may be left in a safe place without a signature.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping details before finalising your order. We’re not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?

You can return full-priced items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In their original packaging and condition
  • Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@aboutusthelabel.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Note: This applies to manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear or misuse.
